PRICE DROP $395K, 2020 MAN 18.322 WORLD OVERLAND EXPEDITION FOUR-WHEEL-DRIVE CAMPER

A quick update is that the camper is fully legally imported, titled, and registered into the US at this time.

The camper is titled registered as a 1993. It is registered as a motorhome. To be clear, the camper and interior cabin of the truck was completed in late 2020 and the truck has 19,300 total miles since new. There are many states that are more motorhome 'friendly' that you can explore as far as costs. I am not an expert by any means on this topic.

You can put on the bill of sale that you paid $20k for the truck, and that's the taxable amount.. ALSO! this is cool, if you buy it though your business, and the truck is over 6000lbs GVWR, you can write off 100% of its value up to $100,000 immediately in the first year- section 179 in the IRS tax code, baby.

Thanks for that added information to help potential buyers!

How many seatbelts then for travel?

There are four (4) seal-belted MAN-branded seats in the front cabin. There are another eight (8) seating areas in the back (with the master bedroom converted in a few minutes to a seating area), but seatbelts would need to be added to these areas. So, as it sits now, with seating, the total seating area possibility is 12.

To be clear only of the vehicle pertains to the expected operations of your business. Additionally since this vehicle is over 14000lbs you can easily use the bonus deduction to go negative on profit whereas the Section 179 deduction can only be used to bring profit to zero.

Thanks for that added detail for tax and registration! This can be helpful to the new buyer!

Responding to the questions about adding a roof tent. Yes, this is very possible. I believe a smaller one can be added without any reconfiguration. If the solar is moved a bit, and put together, a much larger footprint could be had. Lots of available room on the top deck. I trust this helps.

A few questions on the capacity of the rear rack. It is VERY robust and designed from the start with the internal frame of the camper. It is rated over 1 metric ton (2200 pounds) and can be configured up to carry up to three motorcycles. The lower rack is accessed from an electric left that lowers to the ground level. Very easy, safe, and robust.
