Adding some interior pics in ad, but a lot more are in the link

2007 Dodge Ram 3500 ST 5.9 Cummins diesel with 116,000 miles and 2018 NiMBL camper (camper originally purchased new in January 2018). Details for both listed below. I’m full time in it so mileage will change as time goes on, but I tend to hang in spots for extended periods and smell the roses. I’ve been averaging 500-700 miles a week, so no significant changes in mileage will occur.

I am the second owner of this rig having purchased it in July 2022. I am currently in the eastern Sierra’s/Reno NV area. Will be in this area for a couple weeks. Reno airport is nearest major. Truck is currently titled and registered in Texas. Title for truck and camper in hand.

The rig has been meticulously maintained by the previous original owner who built the rig and myself. I have receipts for 99% of the recent preventive/routine maintenance work listed below. The interior of the camper and truck looks practically new, and exteriors of both only have some minor brush marks. Zero rust on body or frame of truck. This truck and camper needs nothing. I am in it full time and everything works. I’ve cared for it as if I was going to continue on with it for years and only recently made the decision to sell.

Nimbl is available for service on their campers. There is a Facebook owners group with much knowledge for DIY mod’s, repairs, troubleshooting and overall support. Long term owners there with a lot of knowledge and very generous with information. Of course any reputable RV facility could do repair or mods as equipment and design is standard high end RV equipment. Also self repairs are very straightforward.

Reason for sale. I’ve had a deposit down on two other rigs since early COVID times and with the impact that had on inventory and supplies I picked this rig up during that confusing time when all rigs were greatly delayed with no estimate when things would return to normal. I was retiring at that time and hitting the road, so kept my deposit in the other build ques, purchased this used, and pushed my delivery dates a few times while I learned this rig. As great as this rig is I’ve decided to move on to a Van type rig for travels in the eastern half of North America and have a smaller more off road focused rig built for out of country travels. Most likely a built out 4Runner/Land Cruiser rig or a Jeep/Ursa Minor. On to the details of truck and camper.

TRUCK: 2007 Dodge 3500 ST, Cummings 5.9 diesel with 116,000 miles. Manual shift, 6 speed, G56 Mercedes gearbox which is OEM from Dodge. Does not require ultra low sulfur or DEF, but happily consumes ultra low sulfur. Meaning this truck works in the rest of the world with “normal diesel” and US ultra low. Runs excellent. The 5.9 Cummins is well known as a long running engine with 300k - 500k very common with routine maintenance.

I’m retired, and figured why not, can’t take the $ with me.

Offered @ $115,000.00

Please keep in mind that I am on the road and at times out of cell, so replies might be a little slow. At mininium I tend to have cell at least twice a week, so nothing too delayed. If it sells or is no longer available I will update the post. So, if it’s listed, it’s still available.

I think it’s priced good for current market conditions. I purchased in a sellers market (pandemic) and selling in a buyers market. Is what it is. I pick up my new rig in 2 weeks and I’m only looking forward. My hope is for it to go to someone that will use it and appreciate it.

Is it practical to ever remove the camper off of the truck? How hard is it to do?
The camper comes off relatively easy. Unplug electrical connector. Remove 4 bolts (one on each corner) that hold retaining pins. Pull said pins. Lift camper.

One would have to build a jack mechanism or reach out to NiMBL about purchasing one.

Practical? To each his own. Many don’t think it’s practical to change their own oil.

Sorry for the delay. I’ve been in weak cell, and while I could read your ? I couldn’t log in to the forum to reply.

9’ 5” is a good height point. It varies an inch or so depending on how much weight you load in. (Fuel, water, gear, etc…).

I don’t currently have pics of the roof. I’m traveling in my new rig and the NiMBL is in storage in Reno. I’m flying there this coming weekend to show it to a potential buyer. If that sale doesn’t go through I’ll take pics of the roof.
