Selling our Van, a longer commute and a change in lifestyle mean the van isn't getting used as much anymore; so it's time to send it to a new home. Its been in our family since new, and always well cared for. It's a 12 passenger with satellite radio and navigation. Current mileage is just under 112k (179000km). We had 2 750w inverters installed with a second battery and isolator. Between the front seats is 12v fridge/cooler (Mobicool) . I built custom storage bins under rear seats. The front seats are mounted on swivel bases. It has Michelin tires on aluminum rims (both new in August) and new Hakkapeliitta snow tires mounted on factory steel rims (this November). It is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic shape. Over the years, the van had accumulated a variety of chips and dings so I had it painted last summer. The steel rims were blasted and painted at the same time. It was oil sprayed annually. The van presents as new. In the rear I added a sleeping platform with shelving to either side. A double size air mattress is included, fitted to the platform. Underneath is a slide out tray with five bike mounts, but can be easily reconfigured to suit. Everything is removable with 4 screws, leaving only 4 e-track brackets on the walls. It has factory rear air and heat. There is a trailer hitch and brake controller although we rarely towed with it. We added a Weathertech rear bumper step. The interior platforms could benefit from paint, they are scraped from use and the interior floor and plastic in the rear has marks and scratchs but nothing major.
It is not a full conversion, but my family of five has done some extended trips in it. We tended to use it more for bike trips. All or our gear lived securely inside it all season and didn't interfere with using the van day to day. It was never used commercially or as a shuttle but we were often the default drivers on school field trips.
Perfect for an active family or an excellent start to a more dedicated conversion. Maintenance has always been kept up to date. I'm happy to provide records or put you in touch with our mechanic.
