With great off-road and freeway capabilities and compact enough to easily maneuver and park in cities, this truck camper is perfect for both full-time and part-time adventures. Solar panels, a large water tank, upgraded suspension, and plenty of storage offer comfort and convenience on any journey.

This truck and camper are in like new condition and have been meticulously maintained with documentation. We have enjoyed traveling in our XP Camper Truck throughout the western US, Canada, and Alaska. Unfortunately, due to a family medical situation, this vehicle no longer fits our family's travel requirements so we have made the difficult decision to sell it. This is a rare opportunity for someone looking for one of the best-rated overland vehicles.

Really great rig! It’s tempting — I’ve been in a similar V1 and they are quite nice.

Some more truck details would be helpful, such as: Short or long bed (looks short, but can’t tell with flatbed), wheelbase, axle ratio, lockers and/or limited slip, and front suspension mods, tire size and tread, fuel tank size and range, MPGs, recent services and/or any problems, any OEM option packages/upgrades when you bought the truck, etc ?

Also, how’s the sealing between the raised upper part and the lower box in terms of dust ingress and outside air? I’m particularly wondering if you ever get wiffs of diesel fumes inside if you need to turn on the truck and when using the Webasto cookstop? I have some minor asthma/respiratory problems, but I’m never sure if the diesel is an issue when camping or not.

Hi dstefan,

I am the original owner and I have all purchase, additions, and service records. There are no issues with the truck or camper.

The truck has a long bed wheelbase, rear lockers, 3" lift spring in the front suspension, and reservoir shock front and back.

The range is 400+ miles on the camper on a full tank. We have not experienced any issues with dust or wind at the seal between the upper & lower camper components. Diesel fumes from the truck have never been noticed. The clean diesel, low sulfur using DEF is very effective. For the Webasto we typically keep the windows on the exhaust side of the camper closed while we are using it and have never detected any smell.

I've attached a pic of the truck specs from Ford.

Take care
