Yep, pricey, but no surprise with what people are asking these days.
If I was interested, I'd be most concerned about the 4 x 4 conversion. There is minimal information out there about BOR conversions.

This was a client of mine at CCV. He was a PITA. I don’t have a high option of this guy (the seller) 4x4 was done at boulder off road. 100% solid set up from them… sits on 37s. BOR has been doing conversions for a long time, before most jumped in the the van 4x4 conversion business. I wouldn’t be concerned in the least with their work. They do a good job, just as good as timberline or Weldtec & has more experienc... Funny thing he’s asking 30k more than it cost to build almost 3 1/2 years ago LOL. Its worth 90k max.

They are not going for what they used to when you can buy 4x4 hightop that is much newer for less. This won't go for 6 figures. Just watch.

I betcha its over GVW with 4x4 conversion and ad ons.

People that bought during lockdowns are into a harsh reality. We will see dramatic changes as the economy continues to decline and people realize van life is something they can't do for decades.

You could buy a real Quigley for 35-40k. There is not 120k in work on that rig.
