Project Sancho (finally I have a trailer to build)

Okay, after sitting for the winter, my trailer suffered some sever water damage. I started cutting out the rust....


Discovered the wood was rotten behind the metal.....
And where I stopped for the night......
(Excuse the AC unit stored inside)

So, now that I am ditching the incredibly heavy 3/4 inch plywood and sheet metal what should I use for the sides and top?

It measures roughly 4x4x8 if that helps, I need to be cost conscious and be able to get it done this week....

The other panels have some rust and rot as well, and the doors never worked well (the box had a little too much slop and sheered off every door closer I put on it, next step was the tube and bar style you see on cargo trailers)

Waiting for a quote from the canvas company, I would want to incorporate windows, and mount a platform on top of yep the half walls for sleeping.

Got a first coat of paint on the floor, going white for light reflection purposes. Still figuring out the canvas situation.

Got another coat on the floor, and the sides painted.

Also got the sides installed, but the cosmic lights dimmed before I could get an adequate picture.

Mocked up with a tarp for my trip this weekend. Will see what works and what doesn't before proceeding further
