I would think the 5lb tank would work. I don't have a propane heated shower though, so I'm not sure. If its a hog I would get the 10lb tank. Then you can run a heater if you need to also.
Now Steel or Composite, the ability to see your LP would be nice, mine will live on top of a platform just in front of the trailer itself not hanging from a side sooo composite would work.

I didn't realize you had the trailer, I would say get the 10lb composite so you can see the fuel level.
What is it about $90 shipped?
The next choice would be two 5lb steel tanks. You would easily know the
half way mark with double tanks, but its more hassle and nets less total fuel, for about the same cost.
A single secured tank with no gauge is lame. To buy a decent gauge costs around $20 bucks.
On that note I ordered a Composite LP 10lb. (2.93gal) for $99 w/free shipping through ebay, though you can order it through the Lite tank site and get it for the same price.
