Propane cooking stove

Please don't tell me you cook your steak on a skillet and not over a fire or charcoal.

I'll cook it over whatever method is available to me. In the SBNF, during Fire Restrictions, you bet **************** I'm cooking it in a skillet.

The condescension dripping from your posts notwithstanding, there are plenty of ways to skin this cat. Or do you look down your nose at steakhouses that have the audacity to use a salamander, too?

I'm surprised you confuse condescension with preferences, given that you seem to have a lot of opinions yourself. Cheers.

Aaannd we didn't even get to discuss doneness? Besides last time I tried heating my Brie it dripped thru the grate and made a mess. ?

I have a Coleman that I have used but have same issue. bought a Camp chef Ranger II blind stove. Great unit almost like a home stove with ability to control flame but not supper thin like a lot of others.
