Pulling Travel Trailer with a U1350L (U1550)

I tow a 10000 lbs fishing boat with my 1300 and have been really happy with it. I did it a few times with the stock OM 352 and it did ok but was very slow on any inclines. I swapped in an OM 366 LA turbo intercooled 240 hp motor and that made a huge difference. I just remind my self that I'm in real hurry and keep the speed at around 50 mph. If you use these machines for what they are intended to do you will be very satisfied but if speed is what you are looking for this is not the right vehicle.

Going from (what I am guessing) the NA OM 352 at 130 BHP to an OM 366 at 240 BHP is quite a jump in both power and torque. Sounds like it would be very fun to drive.

These are usually very low mileage trailers, ABS also. They also have 12 and 24v trailer light hookups.

While this one is in NC. They do sell them all over the US.
