These home made tanks are very common down here, especially with fauxverlanders.
I consider I need way more than 4 gallons of water for pretty much anything. These tanks are a pain to fill up without a garden hose, the water is always warn (and is not enough for a quick shower) and frankly look flimsy. No pros, all cons. I'll stick to carrying water jugs inside the vehicle with me.
