Also, can't tell for certain if it's RHD or not.

I would guess left hand drive looking at the wipers.

It is LHD, as far as I know they were purchased from Toyota by a mining operation here in Canada. I have seen it around my area but I have yet to get a really get up close. It looks to be in really good shape though.
