Queen size cot?

Does anyone know of a quality large cot big enough for two people?
I've checked out the tent cot and the build quality wasn't there.
I'm thinking wood and canvas with aluminum/steel hardware...
This would be a great alternative to our RTT in warmer weather.
Deploy awning, set up cot & you're done!

Never seen a true queen-size cot, just oversized. Currently got my eye on one of these...

That looks pretty cool, I like the tent as well.
40" wide makes it a twin, not so bad.
Has anyone checked out the build quality first hand?
