Question about swapping E350 4x4 parts

Hi, this is my first post on here. I've been looking into getting a 92+ E350 and making a simple 4x4 camper out of it. Most of the ones I'm seeing are out of my budget. I have seen a few wrecked ones that are within my price range. One in particular is a Quigley conversion on an 01 E350 with v10 that has been wrecked. When Quigley builds a 4x4 conversion, are the front parts welded on, or is it a straight bolt on install? If so, I'm assuming it would be relatively easy to unbolt the front suspension, redrill any needed mounting holes on the good van, and reinstall the parts? Drive shaft, xfer case, etc... all should fit if it is the same length van. I know this wouldn't be a weekend project, but is it doable? Right now I have tons more time than money, so the labor part is neglible. If Quigley isn't a bolt on application, are there any others I should look into? Thanks in advance. RG

Ahh, I see you are near me in Asheville. Might need to come up that way sometime and check out your setup. I've seen your stuff online before. Thanks for the info, so I guess it isn't as simple to swap as I had hoped.

Not simple, but not easy either! No 4x4 van swap is "easy", although I've done my best to make it that way! Cruise up here any time!

Chris is right it is both but the few things that are welded on could easily be fabricated new or cut off and reused. If you have the time making it work should be easy enough.
Good luck welcome to the portal and post up some pictures for crying out loud!!
