Question for those with Mopar Winter Wheels on a JK

Hi all,

What size tire are you running on the Mopar steel winter wheels without wheel spacers?

10.5 has been great, which is around 265.
I am wondering if 285/70/17 will fit without rubbing.

Winter wheels? I dont even run winter tires, just get them siped.

I just got the Crager Soft 8s with 33x12.5r15s.

ETA: they are 15" rims so I am running 1.5" spacers to clear the calipers. So Im not sure why I am in this conversation.

I'll be needing new tires by the time I reach South Africa, so I am looking at options. I can't get the KO2s in 34x10.5r17 there.

(well, technically, they will still have lots of life by South Africa, but likely would then need replacement half way up the East Coast, where the chances of getting them is virtually nill. So I'm going to replace them in South Africa in anticipation of that.)

It probably won't be exact science but measure around the spots that might rub and see if you can clear the extra .7"
