Quick dumb question, drivers side for shore power?

I'm sure its been answered, but I'm doing my shore power install in a spot with spotty wifi.

I'm assuming the best place for shore power inlet is the drivers side rear? Just thinking you'd want that away from ingress and egress points, but I haven't camped at many sites with hookups.

yup, We ran a commercial campground for about 6 years, I don't think I saw any rig that didn't have the hook-ups along the drivers side, or on the drivers side of the rear.

Almost all RV parks are set up like that.

I always thought they were on the drivers side so you'd notice it and wouldn't drive away with the cord still attached... ;)
