Quick release brackets with 270 awnings?

Hey folks,

I'm looking at getting a set of quick release awning brackets for my 270 awning but both front runner and ironman say they are not compatible:

This product is NOT compatible with our DeltaWing 270° Awnings, it is only compatible with our Instant Awnings.

Note: Not suitable for 270 degree awnings.

My awning is well within the weight capacity of both of these sets of brackets. Any idea why they'd say it's not compatible?

There is a lot of stress on the brackets for a 270 degree awning. It may not be rigid enough or able to withstand the stress. Solid mounts are a better option.
