Quietest tire load range E?

Then don't sweat it too much. If you're doing 90% street driving, you will be happy with the Michelin, for ride quality, noise, and tread life. You should see 60,000km fairly easily with proper rotations.

Are you unhappy with the tires you have on your rig currently? If so, what about them is unsatisfactory? Remember, if you're bumping up a load range or two you may lose a bit of comfort just by virtue of a heavier carcass on the tire. They get noisier as they wear, so you may be perceiving your tires as louder now than they were new. If you're just looking to bump up a load range, don't put too much thought into it. Get one of the suggested tires and see how you feel. HT tires are fairly forgiving in their tread pattern, they all tend to be relatively quiet, and they all tend to wear well. There's not a lot of high demand out of a HT tire, which is why the auto tire segment is so littered with off-brand, off-shore tires. AT and MT tires, or high performance street tires are where you start to notice real differences from brand to brand, compound to compound, or tread pattern to tread pattern.

Find something for a reasonable price, from a major brand, and run it. Gotta start somewhere to know what you like and don't like.

I put Michelin LTX on my wife's SUV. She drives like a girl, and they are fine. Quiet (the tires, not so much the wife), decent traction and handling, decent life on a heavy vehicle.
