Quigley control arm alternatives?

Hi all, I have an '03 Quigley SB E-350 with a V10 and I'm in need of new upper and lower control arms. As far as I know, my front axle is a Dana 60 from an '02 F-350, not sure if this even matters though. Anyway, I reached out to Quigley and they told me that the control arms are custom made and it will cost me $590 to replace all four. That seems steep and doesn't include shipping and tax. So my question is, has anyone had any luck sourcing an alternative to Quigley's control arms? Or perhaps has anyone had success in fabricating their own?

Agile did at least one pair or replacements for someone, but never produced them for some reason.

Any serious 4x4 shop should be able to make them for you but just the heim joints and tubing exceed what quigley is charging for their tubular replacement arms. The shop I work at will build me some but they are going to be upwards of $800.00 to a grand once all is said and done.

mine is also an 03 with the u channel control arms. No cracks yet, but I definitely keep an eye on them. Quigley will give you a build sheet for your van for free which will confirm what front axle is in your van. All you have to do is provide your vin and request one. My 03 does have a fseries d60.

I have an '00 with the U channel arms originally. Cracks showed up and I couldn't find anything cheaper (or ready made) than the replacements Quigley offers. I had a nasty case of death wobble after many miles of washboard dirt roads blew out my stock steering stabilizer which may have aided in the arms cracking. Replaced everything with the Agile RIP kit, Quigley tubular arms, the proprietary Quigley right side tire rod end and MOOG parts for the rest and it's smooth sailing again.

$590 is a steal.
