There is not alot of info online (I have done a ton of searching) so I figured I would update this for anyone searching. First off do not order the part #'s Shane gave me!!!! Front does not fit. Was a slightly expensive lesson. So I went ahead and ordered the part #'s quigley gave me.

The part# Shane gave you fit's an 06 quiglyy just fine, and works perfectly. Ford must have changed the shock mounts on the 09.

THANKS for solving the mystery! Too bad I bet the 5100 series fronts are better then the HD series I ended up putting on. Very good to know being I still have the 5100's sitting around.

bumping an old thread for those that may have older Quigley's like me. I have an 03 e350 7.3 Quigley and shane @ bilstein gave me the part numbers of:
front: 33-017204
rear: 33-176840

He said that's what stock quigley for my year recommends. He did point out that that they are different colors. After a quick google search, the front's are Bilstein HD b6 shocks for the rears of a stock E100/150 and are blue/yellow. Then the rear's are Bilstein b6 for a stock e250/350 and are zinc plated.

I was a little surprised since it seems most people on the forums have been doing 5100's (Shane did mention that the 4600's are similar to the 5100s). Anyone have any direct experience/feedback on these shocks and what was good/bad? Would hate to order and install and then realize that I should have gotten something stiffer/softer.

More Quigley/Bilstein info.

I wanted to add what I learned since this forum was the only useful source on the matter. It was a big help. Thanks, I hope others find this thread as well.

My Quigley is a 2009 E-150. The suspension upgrades for the 2009 E-150 allowed Quigley to begin the E-150 series conversions as an option. The control arms were lengthened as I understand it and the shock bracketing was 14mm fitted.

I made a surprisingly uninformative call to Quigley who directed my call to a girl who would not recommend any specific shock brands or sizing. She just gave me the oem bulk parts codes from Ford on the two sets of shocks. So I called Shane at Bilstein and we figured it all out. They fit! The difference in ride is ********** yourself in the head for waiting incredible.

PARTS NUMBER AS OF 1/07/13 to fit the 2009 E-150 Quigley Conversion.

REAR: Bilstein 4600 BSN-33-176840

FRONT: Bilstein 5100 BSN-24-186018

Installed Bilstein shocks on my 2009 E-250 Extedned Cargo Quigley 4x4

This forum was a huge help and wanted to share my experience on my 2009 E250 Quigley Extended Cargo.

On the front I ordered from Summit Racing BSN-24-1860185100 Series
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BSN-24-186018

On the rear I ordered BSN-33-176840 Heavy-Duty (yellow in photo on Summit Racing but showed up raw aluminum like the 5100, just a blue boot instead of black)
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BSN-33-176840

Both bolted on with ease and the ride is honestly so much better. So good, I want to kick myself for not doing it sooner.

I also added a Pro Comp Pro Runner Steering from Summit and I have absolutly no Quigley death wobble.

In addtion I run 18" Pro Comp wheels with 285/65R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers. Had to trim a little front bumper plastic on the bottom and grind a little bit of metal on the fender (door side), but doesnt rub unless hitting a big bump while having the wheels turned all the way. Even then its very minor.

Best decision I've made by far. If you dont upgrade to bilstein shocks and have a Quigley, you are blowing it!
