Because of a design flaw, I went through three RAM cradles for my Garmin 60-series GPSs. Because of the difference between the eTrex line and the 60, I don't think you'll have that issue.

I really like the RAM mount itself, and switching to the Garmin bike cradle took care of the problem I was having.
