I personally don’t think it’s cool to comment on a members for sale ad.
However Is a person a member if they join just to sell? I think not. I still think there should be a post minimum before having access to the for sale section.

As a general comment it’s silly that people ask 100% plus for bolt on stuff. Pre Covid you were lucky to get 50%

At the end of the day, it’s not too high of a price if someone pays it
