Rambox utility shell

Since no one seems to manufacture one to fit. I decided to modify a free one. I believe this one was meant for a 6.5' bed chevy. I cut about 4" off the front. I think it's gonna work. When I'm done I should be able to open the side doors and access factory boxes.

I like it. I have a 2500 with ram boxes. I wish softopper would make a cover for it and still have full access.

Pretty nicely but the details of attaching it and making the factory boxes accessible and maintaining a seal of some sort are going to take a little time...

But hey the shell was free so nothing to loose but my time. Right!

I suppose that ezlift could work but the bed is already narrow so I'm trying to maintain as much of the width as possible. Oh and not spent to many $$$

Too complex and not much space between the front of the box and the cab.

Main goal is more secure storage. I have a camper to sleep in😉
