We added this little dude to our pack last Saturday.
Such a change in a week. Im super stoked about his personality and progress!
He is 3/4 Plott, 1/4 Walker, here is Cole, the Hound-Dog
8 weeks old now, and such a change in the first week of being part of our pack.
Having well trained dogs to show him the way has been absolute gold.
But this little guy is intelligent and eager to learn.
*Potty trained in just a couple of days
*Responding to 7 unique vocal commands, and progressing fast
*Crate trained enough that he is into and out of both the small and ‘big-dog’ crate on his own.
*Runnin’ and playing with both Duke and Ella now.
*Doing fantastic on the leash
*Did I mention crate and potty trained?? Yes, we are officially getting decent sleep again.
He is still on a 3-4 hour potty break schedule, but the puppy screeching when crated has nearly stopped.

And well on his way. 4 months old, and 40 lbs already.
Duke normally weighs in at 68 lbs.
This one really pulls at the heart strings...
Super unfortunate the auto focus results.... oh well. I couldnt reproduce the shot if I tried, so Ill live with it.
