It was cold last week. -22 air temps, close to -34 with wind chill.

I recently did a little ice racing on a private pond in Ellenville NY. Since I was the only one there with a camera there are no pics of me. I'll admit it wasn't nearly as impressive as these guys!

This is Jake Quick... He's 14 and lives up to his name! He was running circles around us all day.

We didn't have room like that! We were running XR100's and 150's. A few guys brought bigger stuff, but the course was just too tight. I would love to try it on my Aprilia 550!

Most of these guys are running either 2-stroke 250's or 4-stroke 450's.

They were getting ready for a big indoor race that was last weekend. The two I posted pictures of are both pro's and it's amazing to see how fast these guys are on the ice indoor.

In the outside shots, are you guys running an oval or road coarse? We had a road coarse. I found the right handers very difficult with my foot up on the peg working the back break.
