Pulled the heads...all the liners slipped.
Engine is being pulled to go back to the builder.
How on earth did "top hat" liners slip down????? ....the lip is held in a recess between the heads and block.......as I understood it.

We figure some type of machining problem. The builder thought it may have overheated, but I can assure you it did not...we were extremely careful with it.
