Hi, very interesting. Do these provide any coverage for the compressor and/or air tank?

I recently rebuilt my older Hitachi (?) compressor, but I'm sure I have an AMK swap out at some time in my future. The AMK is oriented differently and this has affected sliders that were designed for the Hitachi (and provided compressor coverage).
If the sliders cover the compressor, which model? Or do they work with either?
They look nice. I have asfir plates and like the fact that it's mostly aluminum. Our rigs are so heavy, if I can save a little with AL and still get good protection, I feel good about not compounding the problem. Any word on how "stout" these would be, compared to typical steel sliders?
Thanks,

Unless I'm mistaken, the Rastas strictly protect the doors / door sills and do not extend under the chassis to cover stuff such as pump, tank, etc.

Rasta sill covers did not have a "nerf" bar or any sort of protruding element so what is that black bar in the photo? They were essentially a direct copy of the plastic covers made from aluminum covering the same area and having roughly the same shape.

It is rather misleading to show those photos without an explanation.

Judging by the sticker on the sliders they are rasta 4x4, perhaps they did a redesign from what you remember.

Sorry for the Delay.

I'm sorry the sliders do not cover the compressor.

Thanks,

I think the design is well thought out and easily mounts to the truck with no extra holes needed. They are not as good as a Rover Specialties slider but I think they're just as good as any sill only mounted slider.

You are correct Rasta dose make a sill only version but these are their tree bar for lack of a better word style.

What do you think is better for the price the Rover Specialties slider for the LR3 or the Tacticle Rovers one? And do you foresee any sales on them? ;)
