Does anyone make a rear bumper with a swingout tire carrier, high lift , basket for a2005 Taco?

I'm Pretty sure Jason Demello has done a few.

You might also try CBI Offroad, and for something closer to home Justin at Rocktek in Grapevine, Tx could do a custom build from his rear bumper
