Rear signal light converter

Hi I had problems with my tail lights/signals. The wiring was a mess so I changed that. I also changed the signal light converter it works fine mostly, however I don't have hazard lights. Can anyone recommend a good signal light converter? I have a fuso fg 2006 and I believe it is 3 wire to 2.

One more thing. I have had a problem when I have one of the signal lights on and I apply the brakes, the signal light increases in speed.

Hmm, all the hazard flasher does is trigger the left and right turn signal circuits at the same time (they are independent circuits it sends both to ground). Sounds to me like there is still a wiring issue somewhere!
