Looking for my super duty. Adding dual swing with boxes. Anyone have experience or preference ?

I and others bought the EXP 1 bumper years ago, there are a bunch of posts. Maybe they are doing a better job these days? I would look into customer service, the quality of the powder coating, the latches and quality control.

My reading this is what made me not go with Expedition 1. The only other bumper I considered was the Trail Ready, but I liked the clearance and features of the SOB more. Plus he’s semi localish to me in West Texas terms

I have exp one front and they did a great job and customer service. I would go back. I like the looks of yours. You have a contact for them? Nothing in website. Still in business ?

Yeah, he’s a small shop. We worked out the details of it IG. His web page has his standard options that he builds the most for. I was his first Super Duty, and just had it built in February. He builds mostly for Toyotas and Power Wagons.

For what it's worth, and I know it's been 5 or 6 yrs, but if I were buying now knowing how my Exp One rear bumper experience was, I'd pass. It's held up.... meh~. I had to re-powder coat it right out of the gate., I've had to replace all the bearings since the original ones were an off brand and they sagged over a couple years time, new seals, new latch pins, etc etc. But the actual steel of the bumper, and the design is nice. Just everything else about it was cheap to me for the cost. Might be best to look at the guy @TexasSixSeven is suggesting.
