Rebuilt a original Saab or Volvo

I have a idea to buy a original Saab 9-5 for a longer vacation trip but will fell down the back seat and
built a interior finishes like to be able to roll it out on a track with a grill, storage and refrigerator.

Any here have a idea how i can make something i can take off after this trip?


I will make my own food in the car on this own built interior finishes i can roll out on tracks.
Have some memories about a Mercedes they make something like this of.

For this trip i not need 4x4, i need a good car, maybe
8 years old with a good A/C to go to south Europe.

I've only had extended trips in my VW bus, 240 Volvo, and bmw, but without modifying the interior. I took the BMW from Alaska to New Mexico then up to Chicago on Route 66 when I delivered it to its new owner. Just had a back pack and a cooler. Fun Drive in the Yukon I think I went through a tank of gas keeping it between 80 and 125 mph and never seeing anther person on the road. Don't always need 4x4 to have fun.

I cant see your links but its not a camper i will have.

Its something on rails i can fell out on bones and make food and so.
After i eating and relax and will go again i fell in that again.




Something like this but i will built it self,
