Recommendations for a good CB shop (not just seller) in DC/MD/NoVA/Southern PA?

Good choice. I have been to most of the other ones mentioned and most of the work I had done sucked. DTB is about the best within 500 miles of your area. If you are looking for the best tech check out finetunecbshop.com . The picture on his front page is one of my President HR2510's hooked up to my Texas Star DX1600v hooked up to his Tektronix SC504 oscilloscope, and the waveform of the amplifier on the scope is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend DTB for bare radio tuning, but if you want a radio tuned with an amp, Fine Tune is the best in the contry.

Don't know if he is the best in that range or not but he fixed me up quite nicely today. The price for services was quite reasonable and the results were readily apparent before I got out of the parking lot.
DTB gets a "recommended" from me.
