Red Sands, NM

A beautiful Fall day and time to kill, what better excuse to head out into the desert. After passing it on our way to El Paso last month I have been wanting to explore the area. Red Sands is a large track of BLM land set aside or off road travel (mainly ATV and motos)

Southern New Mexico seems to be little traveled on the site, my goal to show what a diverse and beautiful place it can be, so maybe more folks will want to come and explore.

That's definitely southern NM. I've never heard of the "Red Sands" OHV area. Good stuff.

Having lived in Alamogordo myself ('92-'97), I can appreciate the scenery. Although, I can't get to your blog site at work, so the more pics here the better Keep it coming :smiley_drive:
