good luck, if you were closer, i would seriously consider it (although it would mean selling my medium 
) i (and my 6' tall man love the medium, but i know he would appreciate the large even more). anyone who buys this will be buying a lifetime purchase, along the lines of a top quality winch.

The white you see on the sides are not stains. this is just dust form something i was working on before i packed it and put it on the roof. i did not clean the dust off the sides.
So i will clean it this week.
It currently is stored in my garage as i removed it off my FJ last night.
the inside looks perfect and that Mattress is new, well i slept in it for 3 nights with a cover sheet.
The rest of the RTT is good. Cranks up and down smooth and just fine.
Really i am just looking to get my money out of what i have in it. As well I will be replacing it with a smaller soft tent style like the ARB.

Ok To everyone. As no one has given me a 100% firm commitment, more on the ya I would like to get it but I have to see or can you meet me 1/2 way or something like that and a few other.
I hate to be a jerk but I did say local pickup as i was not planning on remounting it on my FJ. Also at this price, if you were real interested it would be a no brainier.
Personally i have driven over 1000 miles for great deals. Example i rented a trailer to pickup a rare military Land Rover 109 frame i never saw. Sold it later and the guy who picked it up (and the body) from me, drove hundreds of miles.
So i never understood this, but anyways everyone has their thing.
I now have a firm commitment from Someday (Rich) to get this.
If for any reason he fall through, there is a second in line and 3rd already in line.
