This AMAZING and super convenient windshield shade was installed by the factory when I bought my Sprinter Class B RV. I use it all the time since it's SO easy. But I'm going to be living in really cold climates now, and I'm swapping it out for a super insulated model.
This unit completely replaces both of your A pillars, and the retractable shade disappears into the A pillars when not in use. When you want to use it, you just slide it across, and it joins in the middle by way of a secure magnet. Poof...privacy, sun reflection, and ease of operation.
It listed for sale at only one vendor at the moment, with an original price of an eye popping $1499. Looks like this includes the windshield cover and the side window covers though. Last time I saw just the windshield for sale, it was about $650.
So, for just $500, you're getting a mint condition screen, all hardware, and A pillar units. All you need to do is to send me your stock A pillars so I have something to put on after I send this unit to you. Considering that a fabric covered windshield curtain from makers like OutsideVan, StrawFoot, etc is about $400, and you are left with a bulky curtain to find a place for when it's not in use, this is a great deal!
