replace hinge pins E-series vans?

All of my doors are drooping a bit. Has anyone been down the road of repairing this? At first I thought I'd just replace the pins but then I started thinking maybe it's the hinge that's worn.

My hinges look like they were replaced on my E350. On my 40, I drilled out the hinges to fit Oilite bronze bushings and new pins. The hinges were worn from 40 years of use. By enlarging the hole to fit the oversized bushings, it became round again. Now the door movement is as smooth as silk.

On my van, the hinges were really easy to replace but the pins were a bear to get out. I would just buy new hinges. 4 bolts for the top one and 4 for the bottom.
