Replacing a port on a Dometic hard wire kit

Sanity check. :)

I have a Dometic hard wire kit that I run up to my iKamper roof top tent, it has a 15A fuse:

I want to replace the two-pin port with one of these, which comes with a 10A fuse:

Is this a good idea? Or should I worry about the amps and/or fuse?

Here's the overlanding power kit I had installed a few weeks ago:

Any feedback appreciated!

Bit the bullet, it works fine. I had to shave a bit off of the Dometic plastic holes to make them round.

Works like a charm, looks accurate on voltage, though I'll rely on the Renogy monitoring.

This Dometic hard wire kit will be pulled through the rear passenger window, and into the iKamper at night.
