Replacing Canvas on a Northstar TS1000

My canvas is starting to crack in the corners. I'm buying time with a clear sail repair product from West Marine. My Northstar's 17 yrs old now.

Not to Hijack - Are you using the "dacron repair tape" ?

No it's a clear film that I bought. I just went by West Marine and currently they stock a Dacron type in rolls of a few colors
It was like this although in a smaller quantity.

Sailrite.com has some great fabrics, tapes and repair stuff. They have great CS ad well. Will answer all your questions.

The main problem with ours is that the zippers are starting to rip away from clear vinyl on the windows. The new canvas Northstar sells is the insulated version.

Bringing this one back from the dead... this is exactly what is happening to our 2015 650SC. The camper is otherwise flawless, but those zippers are pulling away from the windows. I think window material must shrink over time. Did anyone end up replacing the whole thing with the newer insulated canvas?
