Replacing side windows - HJ75

Hi guys

Need a little help, I’m looking to replace 2 of my 4 side windows on the HJ75 troopie, I believe the van option has blanking plates with window rubbers; so ideally looking for a couple of these plates. …. I’ll be using the new interior space for hanging space.

Any links to how it’s done and or where I can find some in Europe. I’d rather not cut a plate to size or rivet ali plates….

Many thanks

Matt

I'd say using the windows for a pattern onto steel would be your best bet. Aluminum would be even better. Get it the same thickness as the window and it should swap right in. Easy to cut too.

As pointed out by Chet I would advise him to use aluminum for the purpose. The good thing about aluminum is that it can be cut easily. It also provides better finishing. I have a small doubt regarding my HJ75. Most recently I took part in a riding challenge. After that my steering wheel has become very shaky especially when I am going at high speeds. Can anybody let me know why it is like that?
