Rhino platform on NON rhino cross bars?

Can I use rhino platforms and accessories on non rhino Cross bars...like sport rack?

The rhino mesh platform I saw online just used u-bolts, so should attach to any bar.

I want the other platform, NOT the mesh...but I am guessing that it works with either....

He sells Rhino Racks and would be able to help you. When asked him what roof rack I could use with Thule cross bars he recommended the Rhino rack.
