Rhino rack boat loader or alternatives

Hi all, looking for a US source for the rhino rack side boat loader as shown in the below video or any neat alternatives. I don’t have a boat yet, but looking to acquire a 12-14’ Aluminium skiff for Baja fishing.let me know what you’ve seen or heard of that might work.

Sorry I missed your messages. It'll go on a rhino rack roof rack on my TC teardrops trailer. Hoping to install beach wheels on the boat to wheel it to the water. Eide looks like exactly what I was looking for, thank you!
