Chevy 4x4 van suspension & steering

How about this for a sneak peak and the answer for the above part! If you own a Chevrolet van these will be available very soon.

We are also really excited about Optima Batteries joining this build! Better late then never... A look at the tray for the house batteries.

ProAir LLC Install

I wanted to take a step back a little and show you the rear AC unit that we had installed by ProAir LLC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. These guys were extremely helpful in explaining all of the different configurations and unit we could run. This unit is 42000 BTU of cold air for the rear passengers and is tied in to the stock setup on the van. You do have the ability to do a stand alone system however we thought the tie in would be enough. It not only freezes the occupants but will provide warm air as well. With factory like controls in the dash it not only looks and works great but is priced right. The Kit comes with everything you need for the DIY guy or professionally installed by them. All in all this is great and I look forward to putting it to good use. Of course with the interior cage we had to get a little more creative with the location a nd mounting of the unit.

Now that is a battery bank!

It's too bad they're made out of rolls of money... I've got the perfect spot for a bank like that... Who needs a spare anyways.

Just looked at your facebook acct and saw you spraying some Custom Coat bedliner! I am really interested in seeing how it turns out, I have been considering shooting my van in one of their tinted liners. A wrap would work but it just wont cover the dents and dings like liner will

After having to paint the roof of my last van I can see significant benefits to spraying this on the roof before any rust or paint degradation occurs. Figures though, my van's color is unique enough to be an issue. Do we know if the tints can be mixed?

Yep they can be mixed and color matched! The grey i did on this was color matched, you add the tint to a base similar to paint.

KIcker speaker boxes

We are running 2 12" Kicker Audio subs in the #roadtosema Chevrolet with the 4x4 quigley conversion. Here is look at the custom boxes for the subs.

Here is a look at the rear bed frame we are running. This was a horrible bed setup untill we got our hands on it and completely modified it to occupy less space.
