My latest favorite toy: Rome Mini Folding Grill. $13 folds flat for storage. Weighs nothing. Perfect for simple grilling for 1 or 2 people. (I travel solo a lot, so that's good for me.)

Looks like a giant version of my emergency tablet stove with a grill added, very nice.
