roof rack bits

Bought a second hand OEM expedition roof rack (G4-style) for my LR3 but am missing a couple bits of mounting hardware (surprise).

I'm wondering if anyone has the dimensions of this metal spacer (gray bit in pic 13, below) that fits in the roof track.

Long shot I know, but anybody have any laying around they could measure? Thanks in advance.

If I recall correctly the gray bit is a piece of closed cell foam that acts as a vibration dampener.
