Roof Rack Build

So, first all, I have to say my brother-in-law is a stud. A full length roof rack was on the to-do list. After we had the van about a week, he called and offered up the services of his welding class (as they were looking for a project). I unfortunately can take no credit but will thoroughly enjoy the use.

After I sent him the measurements, they did all the initial framing without the van.

Looks good :drool:, but it must be heavy. I like the roller idea, I've thought about adding one to my raft trailler but haven't needed it (we carry and stack our boats on one trailer at the takeout). Maybe I'll make one for the Subaru
