Roof Rack mounting options

Helllo all,
Wandering if I can get ideas on how to mount a Baja roof rack on my ARE camper shell. I want to purchase a megamule Bajarack but Im not quite sure How to mount it to the camper. The ARE is all aluminum not fiberglass.
Also does anyone know if the megamule rack or the ARE shell would be strong enough to hold a RTT.
I could really use some suggestions or help on the subject. By the way I am not dead set on the Megamule but found it to be well priced for its large size. I need a rack that will cover most of the roof on the camper shell as I plan to mount awnings on it, as well as mount some rear and side utility lights.

Rails and then add whatever system you want.

I suggest a Thule or Yakima track system with towers and cross bars. The Mule works best with Thule bars, I believe.

I have an ARE with tracks and towers from Yakima. Nice set-up.

Thanks for the response fellas. That looks like a great to mount the rack. Do any of you know how high off the roof th towers are. I would really love to be able to mount the roof rack as close to the roof as possible. Do any of you kow if it is possible? I really want and need to buy the rack but need to make sure it is going to work like i need it to.
