roof rack sides

anyone know were i can find some of those perforated aluminum side panels
for a roof rack,,realy dont know if they are aluminum or steel.

Well when i went to SEMA show I saw a roof rack with perforated sides but it wasnt removable like sand laders though, it was just the design on the rack.
I will try to find the picture

no , they where like 5 or 6 inches wide and the holes where like 3.5 0r 4inches,
it was steel or aluminum plate and the holes flared to the inside,,

still looking for the picture .

I have a Con Ferr roof rack with ported holes on the sides and front/back. They are about 3 inch holes. See the 5th and 8th picture on this link http://bellaphotographics.com/FordSuperDuty/

I think what you are looking for is a hole punched with a "dimple die."

Some machine shops provide this service...call some shops local to you and have the sides made to your specifications.
