Roof Top Tent Annex interchangeable?

I own an ARB Simpson III RTT. I want to buy an annex for the kids to sleep in, but want something with a closed floor. The ARB annex is open. So my question is can you use a Tepui, Camping Lab, or Mombassa annex with the ARB RTT? Thanks in advance for the help.

No, as the ARB SIII has the vestibule over the ladder, the annex is much larger than that of a Mombasa, Camping Labs, CVT or XYZ design.

What more information are you seeking?

I was wondering if the Tepui or the Mombassa (9000) annex would work?

x2, hem the annex to the actual height of your vehicle and then deal with the floor.

I would rather just buy something that will work out of the box vs Buying something and dumping a bunch of money into it.

You can use the annex made by CVT for the ARB. The Cascadia Tent and the ARB tents are made in the same factory and the annex is interchangeable. The CVT annex has a rubberized floor in it as well and is part of the Annex itself. I can't remember if the floor is detachable or not (unzip) I'll pull mine out over the weekend and take a look at it. Very durable floor I might add.

I had forgotten about the older offerings, the Cascadia Mt Shasta is the same as the old ARB Simpson II, it is quite different than the new ARB Simpson III. The dimensions are close so it could work I suppose but I've not heard directly from anyone that has tried it. The zippers are different from the Simpson II to the Simpson III and as a portion of the annex zipper is permanently attached to the tent you would want t confirm the zippers are compatible. Assuming those are it could be made to work.

Kurt's right.....I re-read the original post and saw that it's for an ARB III that you're looking for an annex. Old eyes....Thought it said the II. Sorry for the confusion.

A friend of mine in Oregon has the ARB II with a CVT annex attached. Sorry for not clarifying that in my OP.
