made my own version of this after reading about it here on portal. We have 4 kids so bundling up just doesn't really work. It keeps us warmer than we could imagine and I run some quick disconnects and permanently mounted the thermostat in the RTT. Works great for us but $$$$ and wouldnt do it unless it was something that is keeping you from camping like it was for us. http://store.adventuretrailers.com/categories/HEATER/

i'm usually freezing, but my ancient 0* bag with a liner and good long underwear works. i cheat by preheating the liner with a bunch of hand warmers

I also add a Nalgene bottle filled with hot water to my bag when I go to bed. I move it around at night to heat the cold spot.

Get an excellent sleeping bag and some good long johns and you can handle anything above zero degrees F.

I regularly sleep in my RTT below -25°C/-18°F using a down comforter and additional self-inflating pads. Sometimes a candle.

My lady freezes but I am very comfortable.

Important is to wear a good wool toque and socks.
