This is for a Roofnest Condor XL bought in April 2021 used 5 times. There is absolutely no problems, tears issues or missing items.

This tent MSRP from Roofnest is $3495 plus tax currently. I am asking $2800 firm.

I'm selling this because we bought an overland trailer that already has a tent setup for winter camping and we don't need two.

I love in Weatherford, TX just west of Fort Worth and this is for pickup only.

Can you share the exterior length. The website says 74 but also says it is 74 on the inside which makes no sense. Need to make sure I can fit on my roof. Thx
