Roofrack for european Ford Ranger 2006 ?

Hi

Trying to figure out what the best option for my car is.

I see a need for a roofrack on my small truck, and thats why I need you guys to help me.
I have spent hours looking for something online, but i cant seem to find the rigth thing.

The car is a bog-standard european market Ford Ranger 2006 with a 2,5liter TD engine. It has the XLT package/cab, so it has the 1,5 size cab, with the "hidden" rear doors.

Anyone with that kind of car here? With a roofrack ?

On my old Sonoma with a third door I used a Thule system. Which made it possible to mount up regular bars.

Have looked at the Thule system, and it looks sweet

The only problem is the price here in Norway It is expencive, as most other things

But I guess I can just order it online

Does it have a factory roof rack or some sort? Otherwise I think you will have to go with some kind of "gutter mount".

I have not found any factory items for this particular model.
The gutter mount is as far as i know my only option, but thats not the problem. Since it`s not a "full size" truck, and it only has the "1,5" cab, I am forced to think about the racks actuall size.

So if anyone has a good tip for a small sized rack, I`m all ears

Hi,

ownend the same Rig in the past, cant find a solution from Ford or Aftermarket, so I mounted two Airline-Rails on the Roof.

This works well, maximum load was my Canoe with 35 Pounds...
